Treadmill time first though, still need to wear it in a bit. It feels totally harder running on the ‘aerosoft cushioning technology’ of the tread compared to the last treadmill. Since I have been told to ‘keep moving my arm and shoulder’ for it to heal I can’t say no to a good treadmill sweat session.

Pretty easy at the moment, just babbling but its flowing at the moment. I had planned to devote all night to working on it but i got told to go to accident and emergency by the physio at rugby because my shoulder is still in pain and really badly swollen since last thursday. Waited over two hours to be finally seen and have an x-ray for the asian man to tell me to keep moving my arm and shoulder....

I am in full flow now, hopefully be finished, with bibliography, proof read by someone with any form of high intelligence of english language then myself, then bound, and ready to hand in before 4.30 friday.
